Tree Topology
It is a combination of Star and Bus topology. This structure allows us to have many servers on the network. This is helpful for school, colleges and universities so that each branch can identify the relevant system on their own network and still connect to the large network in some or other way.
The disadvantage of this topology is that if the backbone fails then entire network will fail. Since its network is big, therefore it is difficult to configure. Also it may get complicated at certain point of time.
